Hello! My name is Arien and as a professional/certified personal trainer for CYT Fitness. My passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everyone is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your fitness goals and more importantly your health. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

GENERAL HEALTH
This program provides a progressive fitness system, which helps clients develop a state of complete physical and mental capabilities towards better health.
WEIGHT LOSS
This program provides a progressive fitness system, which helps clients physically reduce their total body mass.
BODYWEIGHT STRENGTH TRAINING
This program provides a progressive fitness system, which helps clients improve their strength and endurance using mainly ones own body weight and some external weight(s).

Each custom workout program can range from 30-60 minutes and can be done at anytime.
